Hi guys! I’ve got some awesome news for those of you who, just like me, live way too far from all those fantastic book boxes. I know it will sound like a commercial, but I don’t care because I’m happy that finally someone realized that Europeans also need a piece of mysterious bookish goodness :P.
Here’s a presentation of the Magic Chest by the owner herself!
Magic Chest is a new subscription box, created by Klara, who has blogger about books and ordered countless boxes. She realized that there weren’t many boxes that shipped to Europe and if they did, the shipping costs were sometimes higher than the prices for the boxes. So she decided to create a box which would be for Europeans so they might have the same opportunities to get boxes as those from America.
Magic Chest wants to bring more adventures in our daily lives. That’s why every box contains a fantasy book and 3-5 bookish magical items which make the reading experience that much more exciting. It’s about the journey through unknown parts of the magical world, taking a break and discovering something new every month.

Inge you gave me some idea for my me. I am thinking about opening a company for book subscription boxes quite a long time – and you are right, there is not many for the thrillers 😉

Hooray! Will be checking this out because I’d love one of the boxes they have in the US but, as you say, the shipping costs to Europe are ridiculous! 🙂

That’s why I wanted to give us Europeans a chance to get awsome boxes, too 🙂 Of course, I am just starting out and shipping isn’t only 2€ (in fact it’s 4-9€ for EU countries) but as we grow, we’ll be able to reduce shipping costs even more. 😉

Finally! So how much is the shipping then? I’m happy to share for all the fantasy-lovers but I’m still waiting for a European thriller box. It might be me but I have the impression there are more fantasy and other genre boxes in general than thriller subscription boxes. I hope that will come too some day :-). I would still really love to see what’s in this box though!

for Poland it was 9€, so not very cheap, but affordable comparing to US boxes they’re sending worldwide 😛
I’d love to get a look inside too, I’m soo curious to see what will be in there!

Hey Inge! If you’re living in the EU, you’ll pay 9€ per shippment (except for Germany. Since I’m from there shipping is only 4€) For non-EU states is depends really, but if you check out our shop, you can check your specific prices 😉
